Freezer Beef Available
Guthrie Cattle Company offers you the opportunity to fill your freezer with custom bulk beef in three sizes: quarter beef, half beef or whole beef. All our beef is raised right here on our family farm in Northeast Iowa, so you know you're getting a homegrown product while supporting a local family.
Buying custom bulk beef allows you to purchase up to a year’s worth of beef at one low price per pound — saving you time, money and extra trips to the grocery store. By purchasing bulk beef, you pay the same price per pound for ground beef as you pay for rib-eye steaks, New York strips and prime rib roast.
No matter how you order your custom bulk beef, you’ll receive the maximum number of cuts for the size of beef you select. The quantity of each cut may vary due to the weight of the animal, the steak thickness you select and the size of roast you choose.
Our homegrown beef is processed at a local, inspected meat locker. Because it takes about 22 months to raise our cattle from birth to finish, our custom bulk beef is not an on-demand product.
