  • How will my meat be packaged?
    The locker will process, package , seal and label your beef by cut.
  • Will the locker hold my meat until I have freezer space available?
    Each locker has its own process for holding processed meat. Most lockers allow a few days for you to pick up your meat, then they may charge you a freezer fee if you exceed their holding limit.
  • Are your cows born on your farm?
    A few of our market animals are born on our farm from our own herd of cows. We also purchase young steers from trusted, local farmers to raise from a young age until they reach market weight.
  • Are your cattle grass-fed?
    Our cattle all eat a well-balanced diet managed by a nutritionist. While the cattle on our farm do have access to some hay and other ruffage, they are not considered grass-fed since that is not their main source of nutrition.
