1/2 Beef Deposit reserves the next avalible 1/2 beef for you. The cost for a half beef is $3/lb hanging weight. When your beef is taken to the locker we will get the weight and send you an invoice for the remainder of the cost.
A half beef will usually yield between 200-250 lbs of take home meat. You will get to choose your cuts and packaging options with the locker.
We have appointments at different lockers and a limited supply of beef. If you have questions and locker preferances please contact us and we will do our best to make accomidations.
